1) Why have you been so successful so early in your poker career?

Scott Fischman: From dealing and playing online. And doing it with a lot of my friends. We had the crew. Basically, that was people that you could trust telling you how you're playing and how to play.

2) What is the most youve ever won in a tournament?

Scott Fischman: $425,000, this year when I came in second to Allen Cunningham in the first event of the world series.

3) What's the most you've lost?

Scott Fischman:Most Ive lost $50,000

4) Which do you prefer cash games or tournaments?

Scott Fischman: Tournaments, I like tournaments but the past 6 or 7 months Ive started playing cash games a lot and doing well so thats kinda nice

5) What brought you to cards in the first place?

Scott Fischman:High school friend of mine had a poker family, his dad won two world series bracelets back in the day. And so they taught him how to play and we used to gamble all of the time because we lived in Vegas so we all had fake ids when we were like 16 and we were losing a lot of money playing blackjack or craps also and poker was a way for us to lose slowly instead of losing $100 a hand.

6) What advice do you have for someone thinking about becoming a professional poker player?

Scott Fischman: Keep your job and play poker to subsidize your income and when your poker income starts to outgrow your regular income then you can THINK about become a pro. And not before.

7) What has been your favorite place to visit?

Scott Fischman:Australia which was awesome and monte carlo

8) If you werent playing poker right now how would you be supporting yourself.?

Scott Fischman: Probably still dealing

9) What is the craziest prop bet that youve ever made?

Scott Fischman:Me and gavin bet a guy who we will not name $100,000 that he couldnt jump off the top of his car and get onto the roof of this building. We won $100,000 and he thought that he could do it but he almost killed himself trying.

10) Did you get paid in cash?

Scott Fischman: Yes, but not that night.
