Spirit Airlines offers first Las Vegas/Atlantic City direct flight

Tired of exploring Las Vegas casinos and feel like hopping a flight to Atlantic City or vice versa?

With Spirit Airlines, now you can.

Spirit now runs one nonstop flight daily back and forth between the two gambling cities.

Las Vegas redeye flights leave 9:10 p.m. for a 5 a.m. arrival. Return trips from Atlantic City are at 6:25 p.m. for an 8:30 p.m. return.

We checked a few random dates and times and they look to be a base price of about $180 roundtrip.

With a brief layover in Detroit and $60 extra, you can leave at 11:15 p.m. and arrive in AC at 8:40 a.m. The return is 3:30 p.m. back to Vegas at 9:25 p.m.
