David Stucke will always have a special place for pocket sevens. Monday’s final table for WSOP Event #27, $1500 No-Limit Hold’em, came down to a heads up match between Young Cho and David Stucke that lasted for 100 hands when on the 101st hand Cho moved all in with a J-3o and was instantly called by Stucke showing 7-7. The board offered no help for Cho, the two sevens ruled supreme and David Stucke was the latest 2007 WSOP Champion. He received the gold bracelet, a Corum watch and $603,069 in cash. Young Cho takes down $382,357 for second place.

The chip leader coming into today’s final table , Seth Weinger, settled for third and $246,478. Its a sure bet David Stucke will forever be partial to pocket sevens.
