Blue Velvet screens tonight with David Lynch

David Lynch will attend tonight’s screening of Blue Velvet

, presented by CineVegas.

The 9th annual Las Vegas film festival began June 6 and runs through June 16 with screenings at The Palms’ Brenden Theatres.

Blue Velvet

screens at 10 p.m., with Lynch doing a q&a afterwards.

Dennis Hopper, who stars in the film, was present for previous CineVegas fests and serves as chairman of the Creative Advisory Board.

Passes are still available for as little as $100 for all films (for locals).

Individual tickets are $10.

Both can be purchased at the festival box office, located at Brenden Theatres.
