Gavin Smith came wandering into Fontana Room during the final countdown to the 2006 WPT Championship final table. The usually affable Canadian was even more upbeat than usual now that he has cinched the Player of the Year award for 2006. I had an opportunity to visit with the professional poker player and shoot a few photos of the new Player of the Year champion. Congrats, cuz.
